SHIPPING POLICY
All ordered item(s) will be shipped via Viettel Post within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Our standard shipping method is fully trackable and fully insured. It is neccessary to protect yuor package from any unexpected incident (lost package by carrier etc.,). Please be aware of the carrier might request a signature of receiver for prompt delivery and protectecting both customers and Kpop Studio.
We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers.
RETURN POLICY
We try our best for your satisfaction with all Kpop Studio's merchandise! You may return items or package with its original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a return is a result of our error. If the return is not result of our error, the shipping and handling charge will be charged even though shipping and handling were free when customer placed the order. Please be informed that Kpop Studio can process returns and refunds only for item(s) purchased from our store. Please email us for further information.
