Kpop Studio is an online store and based in Vietnam to provide official released Korean Music goods, CD, and lightsticks across the diverse clientele of fans straight to their door. We receive our items directly from Korea.

Where is my order?

Almost all of the orders will be checked immediately and processed the next day, and will be packaged for delivery. You will receive an automated tracking notice email when it is ready to be sent.
*Large order volumes can cause unexpected delays*

Does my purchase count towards Hanteo/ Gaon charts?

Accepted Answer

Yes you are supporting them! Album sales are counted for Hanteo and Gaoon, but not in real time. To further explain, our purchases of the albums from our suppliers in Korea are already counted towards charts, so your purchase with us counts in advance before you even place your order.

My item is damaged! What should I do?

Accepted Answer

When we package orders, we ensure that it is safety wrapped and there is no external damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by delivery services while in transit to you or internal defects by manufacturer. Please contact us for further inquiry.
